The role involves sourcing candidates, building client relationships, and managing a candidate database, with an emphasis on achieving monthly revenue and promotion targets.

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Degree educated
12 months B2B or B2C sales experience (preferred but not essential)
A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
Time management and organisational skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
