What You'll Be Doing as an Associate Recruiter:
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and networking
- Conducting interviews and preparing candidates for client interviews
- Managing recruitment processes and coordinating with hiring managers
- Performing reference checks and onboarding support
