What we want from you as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Have a history of success and development working as a Recruitment Consultant for about 18 Months+
  • Have a record of successful Business Development - a proven track record of consistent revenue generation
  • Organised approach to work with a long-term focus on Relationships and adding value to candidates and clients
  • Committed to progression and continuous development
  • Team player whilst also enjoying healthy competition in a target-driven environment
