Sonic Summary

The position offers a salary of £24-27K basic plus commission, with an OTE of £35K in the first year, £45K in the second year, and £60K in the third year.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will source candidates, match them to job opportunities, and engage in business development and networking.
Candidates are required to have a 2:1 degree or 1 year of sales experience, along with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Role:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy.
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client.
Organising interviews as requested by clients.

The Requirements:

2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
Excellent organisational skills
Financially motivated
Great communication skills
String work ethic
Competitive and ambitious
