Sonic Summary

The position offers a salary between £24-27K with commission potential leading to an OTE of £35K in the first year, £45K in the second year, and £60K in the third year.
The client is a leading firm in Food, Drink, and FMCG recruitment, celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
Candidates are expected to have a minimum of a 2:1 degree, sales experience, or relevant commercial experience.

The Role:

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
Managing your candidate database.
Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree OR sales experience OR commercial experience
Ambition and drive
Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic
Strong communicative ability
Progressive and career minded
A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment
