What your responsibilities look like:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
- Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
- Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
The Requirements:
- Degree educated or B2B/B2C sales preferred
- Tenacious, resilient and determined
- Willing to strive to meet client and candidate needs to the highest standard
- Able to take accountability
- Always aiming for high performance
