The position is for a Tech Sales Recruitment Specialist with a salary ranging from £23,000 to £25,000 per annum plus an uncapped commission structure, aiming for £35K OTE in the first year and £45K OTE in the second year.
Candidates should be degree-educated and ideally have B2B sales experience, along with a high level of motivation to work in recruitment.
The company offers a young, dynamic culture with incentives including a summer trip to Ibiza and annual trips to Dubai or New York.
Recruiters will be responsible for developing new business, sourcing talent, and maintaining long-term client relationships in a specific market discipline.
The role includes hands-on training from successful recruitment entrepreneurs and is suitable for individuals with a track record of high achievements, including experience in high-level sports.

My Client - Tech Sales Recruitment Specialist

Package: £23-25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2)

What you need

Degree Educated
B2B sales experience would be ideal!
You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment.
Have you played High Level Sport!
High achievements and be able to show us where you have excelled!
