My client, an exciting start-up in Manchester, is seeking an Engineering Recruitment Consultant with a salary of £23-25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission, aiming for £35K OTE in the first year and £45K in the second year.
Candidates should be degree educated, possess B2B sales experience, and demonstrate high motivation for a career in recruitment, ideally having a background in high-level sports.
The company specializes in various engineering sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and life sciences, and offers a fast-track management scheme and unlimited annual leave.
The role involves developing new business, sourcing talent, and maintaining long-term client relationships, with training provided by founders and a professional L&D manager.
To be eligible, candidates should ideally have at least one year of relevant experience in sales or recruitment.
