Recruitment Consultant: Sales Experience Required
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission up to 50% + Benefits (£60K OTE Year 1, £90K OTE Year 2)

We are keen to speak to salespeople with business development experience who are able to come in and support building out into a new market.
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will not only be able hit the ground running on the client arm of the recruitment process, but also develop on hone your skills in candidate control supporting them transition into the roles you pull.
The Market
Our client operates across FinTech, Life Science, Engineering, Cloud and DevOps. Recently propelling business into the North American market has opened the door for new business relationships to be created and maintained. With a varied background on sector, this opens the door to experience recession proof markets with high fee sizes. We are open to discussing sector preference however there is a big push on the engineering side at present with focus on the embedded team in that space.

The Role
- Approach and source potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Guiding candidates through the interview process
- Account management
- Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
- Closing business deals
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
The Requirements
- B2B Sales Experience (Min. 12 months)
- Degree Educated 2:1 or above
- Strong communication skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Tenacious attitude
- Ambitious character
- Competitive nature (Played sport to a high standard)
