As a Graduate coming into the business, you will be working closely with the co-founders of the business resulting in hands-on training and an approach tailored to you.

The Role:

  • Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
  • Researching your market
  • Account management
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
  • Building a personal brand in your chosen market
  • Attending networking events

The Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or 1 year’s sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Financially motivated
  • Competitive
  • A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
  • Strong work ethic
