Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £22K-£25K OTE £30K

In this role you will learn the ins and outs of how to be successful in a recruitment role. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Market research on your target market
  • Reaching out to new clients to identify their need
  • Building long term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
  • Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
  • Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)
