Trainee Recruitment Consultant - £22K-£25K OTE £30K
In this role you will learn the ins and outs of how to be successful in a recruitment role. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Market research on your target market
- Reaching out to new clients to identify their need
- Building long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Researching, identifying, attracting, selecting and shortlisting candidates
- Initiating, managing and developing candidate relationships
- Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidate and client opportunities within allocated target markets (360)
What do you need?
- A degree from any degree
- Evidence of being a high achiever (this can be shown through academics, work experience or extra-curricular activities
- Target driven and looking for a career in recruitment
- Based in Manchester or happy to relocate
- Available to start ASAP
