The Role:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
- Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
- Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of LinkedIn and the best technology to build your network
- Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
- Business development
The Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree from University or previous commercial work experience
- Ambition and a willingness to learn.
- Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
- Inherent competitive nature.
- Exceptional communication skills.
