Your new companyOur client is seeking a passionate and driven HR Generalist to join their team on a 6-month FTC basis. The office location is Stretford and operates a hybrid working model. Your new roleGeneralist responsibilities include but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, ER support, maintaining HRIS/ATS and supporting the HR team on various projects. They are looking for someone who is hands-on, hungry to learn and ready to dive into all aspects of HR. What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
- Confident with key HR policies and processes
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Hungry to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
