They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

What you'll do:

As an Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the organisation. You will be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their unique recruitment needs. Your strategic thinking will guide the development of effective recruitment strategies that attract high-calibre candidates. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure accurate maintenance of candidate information in the ATS. Your negotiation skills will come into play when extending job offers and negotiating employment terms. Your knowledge of industry trends will keep our recruitment processes current and effective.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with the people team on employer branding initiatives
