We’re looking to expand our fantastic team for 2025 and we’re looking for some super talent to join us in our stunning office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also comes with its own gym onsite in Manchester!

What will the role look like?

You’ll essentially be running your own business with a busy and varied day-to-day. You’ll love speaking with legal professionals everyday helping them advance their career and help achieve their goals and aspirations. As a legal recruiter you will maintain and build long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms being able to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs. You'll also be busy attracting and finding new talent everyday through our extensive database and resources such as Linkedin Recruiter, job advertising and networking.As an 'Investors in People Platinum’ accredited Company, progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us and we put our people right at the heart of what we do! From Day 1 you will receive training through our bespoke training programme which will equip you with the knowledge, skills, resources and contacts necessary to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.

  • Super basic salary between £22,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
  • Up to 25% uncapped commission on a monthly basis
  • 12:30pm and 3pm early finishes every Friday
