I am working with a reputable and growing organisation that are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their team. This is a brand new role due to company growth and will involve all the day to day transactional duties you would expect from a recruitment role. This role is working as part of a wider HR team and will be a crucial role to the wider organisation. More about the role... - Liaising with and sourcing for candidates - Creating adverts and going through applications - Liaising with agencies - Booking and coordinating interviews - Aftercare, engagement and retention - Onboarding and inductions - Tracking data and reporting to Management team - Other adhoc duties to support the wider HR team Please note, there is an element of travel involved in this role but all expenses will be covered.
