The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Associate Director in FM to join our team in Manchester . This is a 360-role that will involve managing workload from sourcing through to placement, suiting multi-disciplinary consultants who have previously recruited staff within the Facilities Management sector although we are open to candidates who have worked in our other markets too (construction, civil engineering etc). Looking forward this will be an opportunity to build a team around you

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Proven success in a 360 role within the recruitment industry, within our markets
  • Working knowledge of recruitment legislation
  • A positive and proactive approach, with motivation to develop and grow a desk including business development and new sales.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and clients.
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities, working towards set KPI's, and be process driven.
  • Basic I.T skills, with working knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel etc).
