What does the role of a Recruitment Consultant entail at g2 Manchester?
- Becoming a specialist in either the IT Benelux market or Engineering UK/EU (no previous experience needed)
- Building a portfolio from scratch of clients and candidates - cold calling and pitching are daily occurrences of the job
- Creating long-standing candidate relationships and sourcing roles via various methods of communication
- Building business strategies to target new key clients
- Developing sales skills as well as recruitment knowledge within your core sector
- Advertising - building a personal network
- Sales - recruitment is sales and sales is recruitment!

- Genuine earning potential: through an industry-leading INDIVIDUAL uncapped commission structure. Realistic OTE 30K by year 1, 40-50k by year 2 and the ability to hit 100K by year 4.
Basic salary 24,500 (to increase in April 2025) + uncapped commission.
