Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accountancy

£26,000 - £38,000 DOE + uncapped commission!
Our client are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Finance & Accountancy team in Manchester. This role requires a deep understanding of the finance market and a strong aptitude for commercial sales. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage new and existing candidate relationships.
- Enhance client relationships through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Source passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of your market and sector, addressing recruitment needs as they arise.
- Schedule and attend meetings with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain and grow candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
- Conduct candidate interviews and match them to current roles.
- Tailor candidate CVs to specific job opportunities.
- Promote both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
You:
We seek a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, who thrives on achieving KPIs and sales targets. You should be sales-driven, results-focused, and possess the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
You must have at least 12 months full 360 agency recruitment experience and be based in Manchester or looking to relocate within the UK.
