Recruitment Consultant - Finance & Accountancy

Our client are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their specialist Finance & Accountancy team in Manchester. This role requires a deep understanding of the finance market and a strong aptitude for commercial sales. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage relationships with both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage new and existing candidate relationships.
  • Enhance client relationships through telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Source passive candidates through headhunting techniques.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of your market and sector, addressing recruitment needs as they arise.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and grow candidate relationships in a competitive marketplace.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and match them to current roles.
  • Tailor candidate CVs to specific job opportunities.
  • Promote both the Sellick Partnership brand and your own personal brand via social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
