Role: Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits (£37K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
Approach and source potential candidates to qualify them (mostly done by phone, email or virtual meetings - traveling for face to face meetings will be encouraged when safe to do so)
Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
Business Development: seek new businesses and generate leads

The Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree from or 1 years sales or commercial experience
Confident and outgoing
Ambitious individuals looking to progress quickly
Commercially savvy
Financially and success driven
Inherent competitive nature
Great communication skills
Resilient, hardworking and persuasive
