Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

Manchester City Centre

£25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

The role

Your role will be managing a warm desk with existing clients, however there will an expectation to grow and develop this desk yourself.

You will be focusing on:

  • Understanding the markets.
  • Headhunting, sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Using Social media to write and post job articles.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Building relationships with clients across the UK

You will be working closely with at least two very experienced professionals and two juniors in a positive and collaborative culture. As well as liaising with other teams in other locations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role - ideally in Healthcare/ Education sector
  • Educated with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking and tenacious
  • Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed
  • Credible work background
  • Keen to make a difference in the world
