Associate Recruitment Consultant - Junior / Trainee, GTM, Sales, Technology, Recruitment, Business Development - £25,000 + Bonus/ Commission/ Incentives - Manchester

Location: Central Manchester (Deansgate) - 5min walk from St Peters Square, 5min walk from Deansgate/Castlefield, 5min walk from Salford Central, 8min walk from Victoria, 15min walk from Piccadilly.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + Bonus (uncapped) (+ benefits such as Gym membership)

The Role
We are searching for several Associate Consultants. 'What does that mean? What will I be doing?'
First things first, being an Associate is the gateway to climbing the ranks here at dcoded. Becoming a director of a division / business is highly achievable. The opportunity is huge and it's the best time to join and become part of our DNA.
This isn't easy Doing well in any consultancy/ sales orientated role requires dedication and commitment. But the rewards are fruitful.
So what does the first 6 months look like?

  • Learning your trade / cutting your teeth
  • We create market specialists - this means:
  • One to one coaching with the Founder on a specific market within technology
  • Dedicated and applied theoretical training / role playing / situational training
  • Working on live requirements with your manager on revenue generating projects
  • Building out pipelines - candidates, prospects, opportunities, projects
  • Events / Networking and Podcast involvement
  • BD / GTM / Commercials training
  • Social / Brand development

It is highly likely that you will 'Graduate' to become a fully-fledged 'Recruitment Consultant' within the first 6 months.
