35,000K - 40,000K basic DOE (OTE 75K-80K in the first 12 months)

At this very exciting time of growth, my client based in the heart of Manchester is looking to recruit a money-driven consultant!!

Maybe you are a proven consultant looking to progress to a Principal!!

We are seeking consultants who do not need to be driven by KPIs but have the maturity to maximise your potential earnings. Working within a very people-focused environment, who oozes professionalism, and loves representing a key industry; A framework which our client is extremely proud to be part of.

The Principle Recruitment Consultant's key skills:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting
  • Business Development
  • Goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service
  • Has the ability to build strong long-lasting relationships
  • Experience in resourcing candidates from many different sources to assist your division i.e. databases, referrals, job boards, social media, etc.
  • The ability to maintain up-to-date records on the internal database at all times
  • The ability to identify repeat business opportunities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proven track record in working towards targets and exceeding these
  • Have a proven record as a team player
  • Have excellent presentation skills with a positive outlook
