Package: £25,000 - £27,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience) + Uncapped Commission (commission up to 35%)

The Role:

Business development and building business relationships
Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
Negotiating and objection handling.
Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
Lead & referral generating.
Learning to become an expect in your market.

Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements:

6 months+ B2B or B2C sales experience
A strong desire to build and strengthen client relationships
Time management and organisational skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced and target driven environment
A track record of high achievement either in or out of work
