Key Responsibilities:
This role is to place all level of suport staff into legal firms such as admin, secreterial, finance, HR etc. It is a warm desk as there are lots of established relationships in place. The company has been in business for circa 20 years and are well known and respected within the legal field. They have a real need for someone to cover the above desk and ideally you will have experience of working in recruitment that covers office services and business support.
- Identify and source top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, legal departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the legal job market.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organisation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office services recruitment sector.
- Willingness to learn about the legal industry and its various practice areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
