QED Legal are recruiting - and we are now an Employee Owned Business!We are looking for people with people skills and a personalityWe offer excellent external 1-2-1 tailored training (which everyone gets every 2 weeks) and internal training and mentoring. Our commission scheme has no thresholds and carry forwards and you would not have to split deals with senior consultants in the business who "own" clients or candidates. Our commission scheme ratchets up to 60% commission each quarter. Some people think this is because we offer low basic salaries - far from it - we pay above market rate for people. Our biggest biller will earn £65k in commission this quarter.
