The role

Your role will be managing a warm desk with existing clients, however there will an expectation to grow and develop this desk yourself.

You will be focusing on:

  • Understanding the markets.
  • Headhunting, sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Using Social media to write and post job articles.
  • Interviewing potential candidates.
  • Building relationships with clients across the UK
  • You will be working closely with at least two very experienced professionals and two juniors in a positive and collaborative culture. As well as liaising with other teams in other locations.
