£25,000 - £32,000 basic + uncapped commission

The role
Your role will be managing a warm desk with existing clients, however there will an expectation to grow and develop this desk yourself.
You will be focusing on:
- Understanding the markets.
- Headhunting, sourcing and screening candidates.
- Using Social media to write and post job articles.
- Interviewing potential candidates.
- Building relationships with clients across the UK
- You will be working closely with at least two very experienced professionals and two juniors in a positive and collaborative culture. As well as liaising with other teams in other locations.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role
- Educated with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, hardworking and tenacious
- Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed
- Credible work background
- Keen to make a difference in the world
