Apex Resources is a leading staffing and recruitment agency specializing in trades and labour placement.
We are currently looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our Manchester office.
We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience who can demonstrate a track record of success. Ideally, you'll have knowledge and experience of the construction sector but that isn't essential.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 - 5.30 .
No Weekends or Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain relationships with construction clients to understand their workforce requirements and project needs.
Present qualified candidates to clients, ensuring they meet job specifications and align with the client's project objectives.
Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets.
Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
Account management
Person specification
Successful sales & business development skills
Account management skills
Target driven.
Minimum 12 months experience in recruitment
Ideally, previous experience within construction recruitment
