We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our very rapidly expanding team. If you are highly organised, work well to deadlines in a fast-paced environment and a desire to support the recruitment process of our rapidly expanding client base, this role is perfect for you.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

Assist in posting job posts on various job boards and platforms.

Screen CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers/clients.

Conduct initial phone or video interviews as required.

Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate details.

Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment materials.

Provide administrative support to the CEO and recruitment team.

Work on multiple clients systems

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

You MUST Have:

??You must have 1 years recruitment or call centre experience

??Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

??Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

??Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

??A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
