• Starting Salary: £26,000-£30,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000-£40,000 thanks to commission.

In your first year, you'll:

• Find and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles.
• Write standout CVs and candidate profiles to wow our clients.
• Work with the sales team to match candidates with roles.
• Smash your weekly targets (with plenty of support along the way!).

And yep, you'll be earning commission from the get-go.

Once you've nailed the basics, you'll move onto a specialist Sales Desk and tackle advanced training in areas like:

• Business Development
• Negotiating Margins
• Customer Service
• Time Management

It's all about attitude. If you're driven, positive, and up for a challenge, you'll fit right in. Sales or education experience is great, but it's not essential - we'll teach you everything you need to know.
