Due to expansion and continuous growth in our business, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Manchester office. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Logistics Consultant Building a Transport desk.

Your starting salary will be £27,000.

The Role

• Develop a relationship with existing clients that will enable you to understand their recruitment needs
• Develop a relationship with existing drivers to understand exactly what they are looking for in a job
• Source new candidates using several Job Boards and Social Media platforms.
• Match the right candidate to the right job.
• Daily sales, building a pipeline of new business.
• Generate new business via cold calling, recommendations and enquiries
