Salary: £23,500–£30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission Structure

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as part of an established team specialising in sourcing legal professionals for Legal 500, regional, city centre, and high street law firms. You will be dealing with both clients and candidates, and placing highly skilled workers from Paralegal through to Partner level.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly motivated team players who thrive on success, personal development, and career progression.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
- Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, so ideally knowing how to multi-task!
- Ideally 1-2 years of employment experience in a professional environment or within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates via databases and media.
- Managing the full recruitment process, from interviews to placements.
- Offering guidance on salaries, career progression, and market trends.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding placement targets.
