Location: Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester (Monday, Thursday, and Friday in the office, opportunity to work from home Tuesday and Wednesday)

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Time Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle within your sector. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and placing high-quality candidates while also working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs. With your experience, you will hit the ground running, delivering outstanding results and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment in a 360 role (essential).
  • Proven success in recruitment or sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of Construction, Healthcare, Engineering, or Commercial sectors is a plus.
