Due to expansion and continuous growth in our business, we have an outstanding opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Manchester office. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Logistics Consultant Building a Transport desk in the Yorkshire area.
Your starting salary will be £24,000
The Role
- Develop a relationship with existing clients that will enable you to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop a relationship with existing drivers to understand exactly what they are looking for in a job
- Source new candidates using several Job Boards and Social Media platforms.
- Match the right candidate to the right job.
- Daily sales, building a pipeline of new business.
- Generate new business via cold calling, recommendations and enquiries
