Our client is a well-established recruitment agency specialising in staffing solutions for the construction sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
The Role:As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing skilled construction workers, labourers, and gangs for site-based projects across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and vetting candidates via job boards, CV databases, and referrals
- Conducting candidate registrations, checking CSCS cards and verifying qualifications
- Managing job adverts and proactively attracting top talent
- Ensuring compliance with right-to-work and industry standards
- Supporting consultants in fulfilling client requirements efficiently
- Proven experience in recruitment resourcing ideally in construction recruitment or a high-volume sector
- Strong knowledge of job boards, CV searches, and candidate attraction methods
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies
- Immediate availability is desirable but not essential
