Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant - Digital, Tech & Data

Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Flexible Working)

Salary: £24,000 to £45,000 + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the full 360° recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to securing placements.
Building relationships with both candidates and clients in the digital, tech, and data sectors.
Using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients.
Negotiating job offers and managing the hiring process to ensure a great experience for all parties.
Contributing to the growth and culture of our agency, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in recruitment OR a background in sales, business development, or tech-related fields.
Passion for digital, tech, and data - you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity is key!
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a desire to develop a successful career in recruitment.
A proactive mindset - someone who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
