Role responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, develop and maintain strong relationships whilst acting as their trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on Employee Benefits solutions
  • Oversee the renewal and review process, conducting comprehensive reviews of existing benefits package to identify areas for enhancement
  • Collaborate and build relationships with insurance partners to negotiate favourable terms and conditions for clients
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your own portfolio and work closely with other areas of the business to source leads and generate new business

Role requirements

  • Extensive Employee Benefits experience including strong Group Risk and Healthcare product knowledge
  • Previous client service and sales experience within the Employee Benefits industry with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team player whist establishing good rapport with both clients and colleagues
