Senior Recruitment Consultant - FMCG Engineering Recruitment (US Expansion)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 basic per annum (dependant on experience) + 20% uncapped commission.Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 11:00am to 8:00pm, Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pmStart Date: ASAP

The Opportunity:Are you an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the FMCG engineering sector? Do you want to be part of a growing recruitment team, expanding into the US market? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, highly successful team that specialises in placing top-tier engineering talent within the FMCG industry.

Based in central Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional recruitment services, while working closely with a highly experienced leader in the market. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates through to client management and placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for FMCG engineering roles, from identifying and sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
  • Specialise in building and nurturing relationships with both clients and candidates within the FMCG engineering sector.
  • Play a key role in the expansion into the US market, helping to establish the brand and reputation in this new territory.
  • Work closely with a well-known, highly experienced recruiter to develop new business opportunities and enhance the recruitment process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and ensuring the highest levels of candidate and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally specialising in engineering or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the recruitment process with a track record of success in a 360 recruitment role.
  • Motivated and results-driven with a passion for providing outstanding recruitment services.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Experience working in a hybrid or flexible working environment is advantageous.
