An exciting opportunity to join a well established Recruitment Agency who are an indoendent specialist within the Construction sector, supplying both temp and perm recruitment solutions to their clients.
Due to growth they have an immediate requirement to add a Temp bias Trades (senior) Consultant. You will have the added benefit to tap into existing client relationships, long standings PSLs etc to help boost your start. Blending a 360 roles you will be actively involved in sales, service and all associated responsibilities.
To be considered you MUST have temp recruitment process knowledge, be aware of legislation and have a strong knowledge of the area to map and identify new roles and supply first class reliable and suitably qualified candidates. You will grow a steady desk which will become profitable quickly and consistently.
With all the right tools, including the help of an experienced resourcer to aid your success, you can hit the ground running.
Salary on offer is up to 35k DOE plus bonus and benefits inc free parking based South of Manchester.
