Senior/ Principal/ Team Lead Recruitment Consultant - CONTRACT or PERM

Lucrative Market (Dynamics) - Company open to hiring individuals from alternate Recruitment sectors.

Salary to £55K base + 10-40% commission + Benefits

Hybrid - Manchester 3 days per week.

This independent Technology Recruitment company has recently been acquired by a multi-billion pound US Tech company, as such they have received major investment and a re-invigoration of the brand. With excellent branding, a solid client reputation and a strategic plan to grow internationally, this is an exciting time to join.

In line with growth, they are currently seeking 2 x Senior Contract Recruitment Consultants and/or Practice lead to work within their award-winning team within the Dynamics market. Currently, there is a very well-reputed and highly experienced Recruitment Director heading up the Dynamics team of 4 and he is looking to grow this team exponentially in the UK, Europe and the US.

Currently, there is a database of over 6000 clients and desks generate up to £550K per annum with an average margin of £150 per day therefore if you are changing specialism, it is a very lucrative market to switch to with vast amounts of opportunity.

The team work collaboratively and they currently have no client ownership rules it is an environment of trust, experience and shared goals. Commission is individual and ranges from 10% to 40%.

The office is located in Stevenson Square, Northern Quarter with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep as well as excellent transport routes.

This role would be suitable for a Senior/ Principal Contract Recruiter within Dynamics, IT, Supply Chain or HR/Finance SAAS implementations.

5 years+ experience preferred but not essential.

Opportunity to develop own team / Director level.
