Your new role…

The purpose of the Talent Sourcing Specialist's role is to take responsibility for supporting the Contract Delivery Team in sourcing high calibre candidates to fill current and potential roles from clients. A Talent Sourcing Specialist is also accountable for organising registration events, managing candidate attraction activity and ensuring all elements of the recruitment process are followed in a timely manner from attraction to offer.

What you'll be doing:

Candidate attraction
  • Creating accurate and appealing job advertisements in line with the clients brand guidelines
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Specialists in designing attraction campaigns
  • Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, and headhunting.
  • Working with urgency and ensuring that candidates are supplied to Talent Acquisitions Specialists in a timely manner
Clients
  • Understanding the processes, procedures and requirements of the clients' internal recruitment systems
  • Understanding the different role types/locations as per your clients business
  • Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of clients
Candidate Management
  • Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases
  • Managing candidates' expectations around the clients' processes and procedures and gaining their commitment
  • Locating and matching suitable positions for candidates as quickly as possible
  • Ensuring adherence to candidate data compliance
  • Organise registration events to support and manage high volume orders.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality requirements. This includes client and contractual vetting and compliance requirements and completing relevant background and referencing checks.
