• A trainee recruiter with a hunger and desire to make a career for yourself, you would focus on perm roles within the healthcare sector. You must be able to operate in a fast paced and incredibly busy environment, no day is the same and you need to be able to adapt to the changing demands.
• Good sales experience, strong B2B background, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
• Building a strong candidate database and ensuring you keep your available candidates up to date in order to respond to immediate requirements from your client.
• Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships.
