Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare
ManchesterDue to expansion & investment, we are looking to add a trainee Recruitment Consultant to our Perm Healthcare Team.We are looking to maximise on our already impressive presence in the market.This is a rare opportunity to join us right at the start of another very exciting chapter.As market leaders for healthcare staff, we are a preferred supplier recruitment agency for both private and public clients. - A trainee recruiter with a hunger and desire to make a career for yourself, you would focus on perm roles within the healthcare sector. You must be able to operate in a fast paced and incredibly busy environment, no day is the same and you need to be able to adapt to the changing demands.
- Good sales experience, strong B2B background, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
- Building a strong candidate database and ensuring you keep your available candidates up to date in order to respond to immediate requirements from your client.
- Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships.
