Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare

Due to expansion & investment, we are looking to add a trainee Recruitment Consultant to our Perm Healthcare Team.
We are looking to maximise on our already impressive presence in the market.

This role will be based in our Manchester office.

What we are looking for:
- A trainee recruiter with a hunger and desire to make a career for yourself, you would focus on perm roles within the healthcare sector. You must be able to operate in a fast paced and incredibly busy environment, no day is the same and you need to be able to adapt to the changing demands.
- Good sales experience, strong B2B background, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handling
- Building a strong candidate database and ensuring you keep your available candidates up to date in order to respond to immediate requirements from your client.
- Ability to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationships.
