Your Role:

  • Build strong relationships with clients in the UK and European Engineering and Technology sectors.
  • Identify and attract top talent in specialised markets such as Fintech, Embedded Hardware, and Software.
  • Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Grow and manage your own client portfolio while developing new business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to provide market insights to clients and candidates.
