Our client is seeking recent graduates who are sporty and motivated for a fast-paced sales role in recruitment.
The salary for the first year ranges from £27,000 to £45,000 OTE, with potential earnings of £60,000 to £70,000 in the second year and £100,000 in the third year.
Promotions are based solely on performance, with opportunities for leadership roles within 3-5 years.
The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, connecting talent with clients, and developing industry knowledge.
Candidates should possess a degree or sales experience, be confident, articulate, and ready to work hard.

Salary:

Year 1: £27-45k OTE

Year 2: £60-70k OTE

Year 3: £100k OTE

You role:

Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
