SW6 Associates is seeking ambitious 2025 graduates or natural salespeople to start their careers in recruitment.
The role offers a competitive salary with an OTE of up to £45k in the first year, £60-70k in the second year, and the potential to earn six figures by the third year.
Candidates will receive a three-month intensive training program and have opportunities for rapid career progression, potentially reaching director level within five years.
Daily responsibilities include calling and screening candidates, negotiating with clients, and managing the full 360 recruitment process.

Year 1 : Up to £45k OTE

What would your day to day look like?

Calling candidates, screening them and short-listing them to specific jobs.
Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
Closing deals and billing big!
