Your role will be to manage the full 360 recruitment process - so sourcing, screening and hiring.
- Calling candidates, screening them and short-listing them to specific jobs.
- Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Advertising vacancies, building your own brand and expanding your network.
