Package -: £23 - £25k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:

Both directors have successful careers with a strong track record working with the world's leading financial institutions. Day to day responsibilities:

Managing the entire Candidate Recruitment Process
Sourcing and screening candidates globally
Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients
Negotiating offers

Degree educated or sales experience
You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
Motivated to hit KPIs
Be able to collaborate well within a team
