We are actively looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join Forge Talent as we look to double headcount over the next 12 months.

Since May 2023 we have grown from a team of 3 to 8, helped over 100 Finance professionals into new roles and outgrown our first office. (Moving to No1 Spinningfields in January).

Location: Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields)Role: Associate Talent ConsultantSalary: £25,000-£28,000Bonus: Earn up to 30% of billings

Responsibilities:

Business Development- we don’t hide behind emails. We are a phone-based business, and you will be tasked with new client acquisition.

Candidate Identification- build a matrix of talent through the phone, email, LinkedIn, social media & referrals. Client & Candidate Meetings- A large part of the role will be building relationships with customers and developing deep rooted relationships. End to End Recruitment Life Cycle- Identifying opportunities, taking detailed job orders, agreeing commercials, organising interviews, offer management, aftercare post placement.
